If you need technical support and you bought LucisArt within the last 4.5 months please e-mail me your contact information and the help you need.  I will look you up and provide the customer support you are requesting. If you bought LucisArt earlier than that then please understand that LucisArt is now obsolete. 

When you buy LucisArt you are given an e-mail with a LucisArt serial number and installation instructions. Please refer to that. You installed the LucisArt demo software and used your serial number to activate it.  You were also responsible for backing up your LucisArt  software and serial number, which hopefully you have done.

LucisArt comes with 3 months of phone and e-mail support. (I have extended this to 4.5 months due to the company closing in June.) The version of LucisArt that you have is now obsolete and I am no longer supporting it, supplying serial numbers, installation help, and old software except for recent purchase which fall within the 4.5 month  tech support period.  I am getting ready to release the new LucisArt Pro.

Image Content Technology (ICT) will be closed from May 30th until July 7th- a combination vacation time plus time spent finalizing the development of LucisArt Pro software. The 3-month phone and e-mail tech support period for LucisArt sales on March 1, 2008 or later will be increased by 5 weeks to cover this down time. From 5/30 until 7/7 phone calls and messages will not be accepted or returned. Any e-mails received will be answered in the order in which they are received starting 7/7. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Beta LucisArt Pro software will be available in July.  Hopefully I will be selling LucisArt Pro software no later than August.  If you wish to be notified when the beta LucisArt Pro software is available please e-mail me with your operating system and version of Photoshop.

LucisArt Pro for Windows will work in Photoshop CS3 on computers with Windows XP and Vista operating systems. The Macintosh LucisArt Pro will work natively in Photoshop CS3 on the Intel Macintosh computers.

If you bought LucisArt on 1/1/2007 or later you qualify for a $70 discount on LucisArt pro provided you buy LucisArt Pro within 6 months of it being released.
